Pelican Bend Marina is a few miles shy of Marco Island and typical travel time from the Brooks Enrichment Centre parking lot to the dock is 45 minutes starting at 6:00 AM and a good 75 minutes on a return trip at or after 4:00 PM due to increased traffic.

Boat information: 43′ Custom Sport Fisherman with 16-foot beam, powered by 680hp diesel engine. Cruising speed is 15 knots. Full Day charters, typical time from dock to where you begin fishing is approximately 2 hours because Capt Clarence goes to where the best fishing should be and that is 30-40 miles out.
Accommodations: Fully enclosed cabin with comfortable under cover seating for 6+ people and The Captain Marvel boat has an inside the cabin toilet and several bunk beds down below for those who might want to take a nap after fishing has ended and during the long boat ride back to the dock… typically 90-120 minutes. In addition, there is padding at knee level on all fishing rails. There are two nicely padded chairs with a Gimbal for ease of fishing for those who need to sit while they fish. The Capt Marvel boat easily accommodates six anglers with ease. Comfortable accommodations make this charter ideal for a family-friendly experience for those who want to book a trip for family. Fees: 2025 FULL DAY, $2100 plus tip.
Range/Time: Typically 30 plus miles out for full-day trips (8-9 hours) dock to dock. And 8 to 15 miles for half-day trips (4-5 hours). Because of increased demand in the past 4+ years, ALL offshore charters are booking only full day trips. If you want to book a 1/2 day trip, call and see what can be worked out.
Tackle & Bait: Use of all fishing tackle and bait are included with the cost of the trip. Word of caution... drop the rod and reel overboard, and you just bought a rod and reel… about $600, so be extra cautious in handing your rod and reel.
